The Power House is a former power station for EMI’s vinyl factory in Hayes. The 7,000 sq ft warehouse is now available for both filming and photography projects. The location is equipped with space for production office & green room. 3 Phase power is available on site. There is limited parking on site, additional parking would need to be secured locally with the council.
